Simin Fahandej

Simin Fahandej is a representative of the Baha’i International Community’s United Nations Office in Geneva. Her work focuses on human rights, food security and peace and conflict. Fahandej holds a combined honors degree in journalism and political science and a master's degree in international law. She has worked as a journalist at various news outlets including the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) and has conducted research consultancies for several organizations such as Amnesty International, Nobel Women Initiative and Centre for Defenders of Human Rights.
