Welcome to the beta launch of the Geneva Solutions website!
Dear friends, we are now a few days away from our official launch which will take place Monday 24 August.
From peace negotiations, climate activism, to the next tech start-up, we'll bring you the top stories from the change-making community in International Geneva.
Our platform is centered around five core themes — Peace & Humanitarian, Climate, Global Health, Sustainable Business & Finance, and Technology — as well as opinion pieces.
A constructive approach.
Our editorial culture is based on constructive journalism principles, leveraging Geneva’s historical and ongoing efforts to finding solutions to global issues. We want to engage readers actively, fight defeatism, and enable commitment and action. We have already published a couple of features on our approach (What Solutions journalism can bring to the international community during a pandemic, Le journalisme peut-il sauver le monde? ) and will continue doing so as we pursue our efforts.
Our launch event, planed for October, will focus on this theme and we look forward to sharing more information on that soon.
The GS Daily Brief.
Our daily newsletter, the GS Daily Brief, will be sent Mondays to Saturdays at 6 AM and will offer an easy and concise way to get fully briefed on global news headlines and specific thematic issues. The GS Daily Brief will also include an agenda of events and conferences, and a selection of news updates coming from the International Geneva ecosystem.
More about us.
